Hello everyone! I taught First Time Home Buyers Seminars for 10 years for the County of Jefferson and I am the first and only African American Female to sit on FREC (FLORIDA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION). This is a board of Realtors who essentially police our own. I have been a real estate agent since 1992 and I became a Broker in 1998. I have a strong attachment to the veteran community since my husband is a Korean Vet. We have five children who are also involved in the military. Both of our sons served and one of our daughters was 82 Air Borne. Her youngest daughter was air borne as well. We purchased our first home with VA funds so I am very aware of the problems that come with owning a home for the first time.
